At KAVU, we want to ensure your gear is ready for your next adventure; if you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After selecting your return reason, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking number handy until your refund is fully processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
